Lidong Tonic——stewed Chicken Wings with Fish Gelatin and American Ginseng

Wash one chicken wing and slice the ginger appropriately.

Wash the isinglass soaked in water. (Actually, when buying isinglass, it is best to let the seller use a special cutter to cut into small pieces, and it is easy to handle when it comes back. The bag that my colleague bought for me is relatively large and useless to cut, it is very difficult to cut by yourself)

Put the washed chicken wings into the stewing pot, add the cut fish gelatin and ginger slices.
