Light Body Detoxification-steamed Cod with Mushrooms

Marinate the cod with pepper, one teaspoon of salt, and half a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce for ten minutes.

Mushrooms, ginger, and ham are placed on the cod, and half a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce.

Shred the purple cabbage and carrots, blanch them in boiling water, soak them in white vinegar for one minute, cut the onion rings, and blanch the celery before boiling the purple cabbage.

I used corn and dried pears for decoration.
