Light Lunch

1. Soak the quinoa in water for 1 hour.

2. Slice the chicken breast, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little pepper to marinate for 2 minutes.

3. Peel the purple sweet potato and cut into pieces, soak and rinse the broccoli, then cut into small flowers.

4. Put quinoa and water in a bowl at a ratio of 1:1, and steam for 15 minutes in a steamer with purple sweet potatoes.

5. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and set aside.

6. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes, pick them up and peel them into slices.
