Ingredients

Lily and Tremella Sweet Soup

1. Soak the white fungus for 12 hours one night in advance (if it is dried lily, soak it too, otherwise it will become sour)

2. Soak red dates in hot water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside

3. Tear small pieces of soaked white fungus; cut off stems of fresh lily, peel off the pieces, and wash

4. Fortunately, there are three methods (impatient children go directly to step 6): Put the ingredients in the pot, boil, and simmer for 3 hours.

5. Or put it in a saucepan and simmer for 5 hours

6. I chose to press it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
