Lily Lotus Seed Red Bean Congee

Wash lotus seeds, lilies, and red beans with water and soak for half an hour. Wash the rice with water and set aside.

Put lotus seeds, lilies, and red beans in the pot. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, add rice, and cook for another 10 minutes. Put rock sugar in the pot. Use a spoon to stir the porridge until it becomes thick.
