Lily Pumpkin Soup

Soak the dried lily in advance and set aside.

Peel and sac the pumpkin and steam for 15 minutes.

Put the steamed pumpkin in a blender, add lily, honey, milk, and then add cooked rice, break it up and eat it.
Tips:
After the pumpkin is steamed, smash it directly while it is hot. The pumpkin soup made in that way is also hot. You don't need to reheat it and can be eaten directly.
