Lily Red Bean Congee

Wash the adzuki beans, soak in water and set aside.

Wash the lily, soak in water and set aside.

Wash the rice and set aside.

Pour the lily, red beans and japonica rice into the pot together.

Turn the high heat to a low heat, stir it with a spoon, and simmer for half an hour to form porridge.

Add sugar to the porridge, stir well, and serve.

Put it into a bowl.
