Lily Sesame Paste

Ingredients: 15g lily, 30g black sesame, 20g sugar rose, 15g starch, 650g water

Wash the lily, pour it into the stewing pot, add 200 grams of water, and simmer until soft and cooked, set aside

Fry the black sesame seeds until fragrant, pour into the food processor, add 200 grams of water, beat into a fine paste, and pour into the pot

Add 200 grams of water, stir evenly, and heat to boiling. Pour the remaining 50 grams of water into the starch to make a uniform paste

While stirring, slowly pour the starch paste into the pot, boil again, pour the lily and the soup into the pot, boil for 3-5 minutes, add the sugar rose, stir evenly, and turn off the heat
Tips:
Stirring is necessary during the process of boiling the sesame paste to avoid muddying the bottom of the pot.
The cooked sesame paste can be seasoned with sugar according to your own taste.
