Lily Tremella and Snow Pear Soup

Soak the lily with warm water one day in advance, rinse with water before boiling

Soak the white fungus in warm water for 1 hour, cut off the roots, and tear them into small flowers; peel the pear and cut into small pieces; rinse the medlar with warm water

Turn on medium high heat, pour clear water into the soup pot, cold water and white fungus

When the water is boiled, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Add the Sydney pear cubes and rock sugar

Add lily and wolfberry and simmer for 30-40 minutes
