I bought the seed chops and marinated them with Knorr chicken powder for a while, then coated them with golden fried powder and deep-fried them. It was made with a sweet and sour lemon juice. It is very appetizing in summer!

Lime Seed Steak

1. Rinse the seed row, drain the water, add cooking wine and ginger juice

2. Add salt and pepper

3. Add Knorr Chicken Noodles

4. Add cornstarch

5. Stir well and put it in the refrigerator for more than one hour

6. Coat the marinated seed steaks with golden fried powder

7. Add salad oil to a small pot and heat to 60% heat, add the seeds to deep fry

8. Take out the seed row and use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the excess oil

9. Re-fry the seed row again and remove it again

10. Cut half a lemon into thin slices, and squeeze the juice half a half

11. Take a small bowl and add homemade orange jam.

12. According to the ratio of lemon juice: honey: water 1:2:2, first add fresh lemon juice

13. Add honey

14. Add some water and salt

15. Add some light soy sauce

16. Stir evenly into a sauce

17. Arrange the fried seeds in a pan

18. Add the adjusted sauce and stir fry evenly, wait until the sauce is dry before serving

Tips:

I adjust the juice according to the ratio of lemon juice: honey: water 1:2:2. When eating, I like to squeeze some lemon juice on it! Adjust according to your taste!
