Lime Tea Flavored Pork Ribs
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut the ribs.
2.
Marinate the ribs with salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, cornstarch for half an hour, and set aside.
3.
Shred the lemon rind and squeeze out the lemon juice.
4.
Soak black tea bags in boiling water for later use.
5.
Pour oil in the pot, stir-fry the marinated ribs, and serve when they are ripe.
6.
Leave the oil in the pot, add the shredded ginger and lemon until fragrant, then pour the ribs and add black tea.
7.
After boiling, adjust the taste, turn to medium heat and simmer for good taste, then increase the heat to collect the juice. Finally, sprinkle lemon juice, mix well and serve.
Tips:
You can add a little more black tea, and the simmering time will be longer. This time I used Lipton black tea bags, and the aroma is a little lighter. If you make it, I suggest using a better Tieguanyin soak in water, so that the tea aroma will be more intense!
