Tips:
1. The ribs must be poured into the pot with cold water, so that the blood in the ribs will be slowly forced out while heating the ribs. Adding turmeric and yellow will help remove the fishy. It is not recommended to remove them.
2. Long-grain rice is suitable for making braised rice, but it is not early rice. Putting a part of glutinous rice will taste better, and the water should be less than usual.
3. Choose the side dishes that are resistant to cooking. Don't put those cooked dishes that don't taste good. If you want to eat green leafy vegetables in the braised rice, you can blanch the green vegetables and mix them in when you eat them.
