[I love it if I die: Little Sheep Hot Pot Grilled Fish]
On a typhoon day, the temperature turns cooler, and people will have more thoughts when it gets chills.

I always thought about what flavor of fish could be better than steaming, and there was half a pack of small fat lamb hot pot ingredients left in the refrigerator, and I also remembered that some people in the group recently discussed where to eat grilled fish.

In my impression, grilled fish seems to be famous in Chongqing. I didn't seem to have eaten it. But I had eaten crucian carp from Youting when I went to Chongqing. It was just in early July. The hot scene and the smoked wall are still unforgettable.

So let’s play a reverie and make a hot pot-style grilled fish.

Because pickled cabbage fish is my favorite, especially the thin pickled radishes in it, you can suddenly reach the point where you can quench your thirst when you think of it in your mouth.

So this grilled fish is actually a hybrid of hot pot, barbecue and sauerkraut fish flavors. As for the special dish, it doesn’t matter. Don’t mind whether the fish is also scorched and fragrant like grilled beef, lamb and pork. After all, the fish is fresh and tender, and what you want is the umami taste. Even all the side dishes are not inferior in this soup.

For the dinner for the two of us, we didn’t cook half of the fish, but almost all the side dishes were eaten. The rest had to be put in the refrigerator, and another cucumber was added at noon the next day. , And still have not finished eating.

My cat has always had a strong taste. Pickled cabbage fish and boiled fish are not a problem. This time, I soaked it in the refrigerator overnight and picked it up for him. It also confirmed his hobby.

Little Sheep Hot Pot Grilled Fish

1. The fish is cleaned, and the two sides are evenly drawn with a knife;
Spread a layer of salt, cooking wine and cumin powder on the fish, sprinkle with ginger, put it in a baking dish lined with tin foil and marinate for 20 minutes;
Slice the radish, sprinkle with salt and pour into white vinegar;
Cut onion into pieces, slice potatoes into thin slices and soak in water;

2. Slice the mushrooms, tear the enoki mushrooms and wash them;
Wash the lettuce;
Cut the green onion leaves into slices, slice the garlic, and wash the pepper;
Wash the coriander and cut the cucumber into long strips;

3. Put the fish roasting pan into the middle and lower level of a 32L oven preheated at 220 degrees, set for 30 minutes, then use another pot of hot oil to saute the pepper, green onion and garlic slices;
Immediately pour into the bottom of the hot pot and continue to saute;
Add two bowls of water to the pot and boil it into soup for later use;
When the fish is grilled for 15 minutes, add onions, potato slices, mushroom slices, and enoki mushrooms;

4. Add sliced radishes when roasting until 5 minutes are left;
When the time is up, take out the roasting pan, pour the boiling soup on top, then add cucumber and lettuce and bake for 3 minutes. After roasting, take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, put coriander, and pour some hot oil. Serve.

Tips:

1. Since this is an ordinary 2 catty heavy carp, which is not a large carp from the reservoir, there are still a lot of spines. You can use other fish according to your personal preference;

2. Radishes can be marinated for half a day, the longer the time, the more sour;

3. Cut the potato slices to the thinnest as much as possible, and change them several times to soak out the starch to make them more crispy;

4. The flavor of the hot pot bottom is enough. If you like a bit more spicy, you can add some dried chilies when sauteing.
