The cold noodles are the B group topics: good luck, six or six great shun, full of gold and silver, and good luck.

This dish is composed of 6 kinds of materials: tofu, dried tofu, quail eggs, money belly, pig ears, bamboo shoots. These kinds of ingredients have corresponding auspicious words and are common ingredients on the New Year's table.

Tofu is a homophonic "Fu", which means a blessing in the New Year.
The homonym of dry tofu is "come to blessing", meaning blessing is here.
Quail eggs mean "peace and peace" and wish everyone good health and peace.
Money belly very intuitively represents money, that is, the source of wealth is rolling.
Pig ears are often eaten during the Chinese New Year, representing Shunfeng and Shunyi.
Bamboo shoots are the same as "Shun", which means everything is going well in the coming year.

The six ingredients are put together, and the six auspicious dishes represent the "sixty-six". I wish you all a happy new year and a smooth six-six-sixth year. "
