Such a pot of chaotic stew is often seen on my dinner table, and I really like its stew.
The pork is stuffy and soft, and the vegetables are crispy and soft for all tastes.
The son eats all meat and vegetables, while the daughter only eats vegetables, saying, “Mother’s cooking is delicious” while eating.
Every time I make this kind of stew, I steam some rice with it. Don’t have too much rice. I’m afraid it will support the child. It’s really super meal. Every time the two children eat it with a chubby belly.

Tips:

Match the vegetables at will, so the lomei is suitable for cutting into hob pieces.
Vegetables have more fat and more fat. If there is not much fat in the pork, put some oil in it.
Because it has been smoldering, you can't pour too much water.
The slow-cooked ones are put first, and the easy-cooked ones are put last.
Finally, if there is a lot of soup, collect the juice on a high heat.
It is very tasty to leave a proper amount of soup to pour in the rice.
