Loach and Cabbage Soup

Wash with clean water.

Bring to a boil in a pot under cold water.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

Bring the oil to a boil, add an appropriate amount of water and pour the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour the loach.

Cook the white soup from the loach and add the cabbage.

Bring the cabbage to a boil, add salt to taste before boiling. I made it for children without adding other seasonings. This can be added according to personal preference. Just add salt, it tastes good.
Tips:
Loach is called the ginseng in water. Loach is flat and sweet in taste. It has the effects of warming the spleen and stomach, removing dampness, strengthening yang, relieving deficiency and sweating, replenishing the middle and replenishing qi, and strengthening the essence and blood.
