In western food, tall lobster soup is one of the most common seafood soups. The recipe for lobster soup is a bit more complicated, but the lobster pasta is surprisingly simple. When the pasta absorbs the umami of the lobster soup, it is not worse than the lobster soup~

Lobster Pasta

1. Squash garlic, cut lobster into large pieces, peel and cut tomatoes into small pieces, and chop parsley.

2. The pasta is cooked and set aside. You can drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent the pasta from turning into a lump.

3. In a hot pan, saute the garlic with olive oil.

4. Add the lobster and fry until slightly golden.

5. Add water, tomatoes, chili sauce, salt, and crushed black pepper, and stir evenly. After the high fire boils, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low fire. Stir in the pasta and serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley when serving.

Tips:

1 If it is a live lobster, it is recommended to cut it in half from the beginning and then cut into larger pieces.
2 If the water is a bit dry during the simmering process, you can add a little more water.
