Supreme Seafood Pasta

Ingredients needed to make the supreme seafood pasta (the bean paste should be cream, wrong shot)

Cut the lobster meat in half, abalone cutter, slice onion, mince garlic and set aside

Put the spaghetti into salted boiling water and cook it for 1 minute shorter than the package requirement, then remove it

Stir-fry the minced garlic and shallots under the heat until the shallots spread and become soft

Add all kinds of seafood and fry on both sides until golden (note that the abalone should not be fried for too long or the meat will grow old)

Add whipped cream and stir slightly
7.
Add in the noodles just boiled in water and boil for tens of seconds to slightly reduce the juice
8.
Pour in the spaghetti and stir until the sauce is emulsified, then add freshly ground black pepper and stir out of the pot
Tips:
When cooking seafood, you must pay attention to the heat and don’t cook it for too long, otherwise the meat will get old.
