Lobster Tail Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in water to soften, remove and place in a plate.

Place the lobster tail on top of the vermicelli.
3.
Add water to the steamer, place the steaming pan, and place the pan on top. Only a single layer is required, and no intermediate partition is required.

Close the upper cover and set the timing to 6 minutes.
5.
Take out the plate, drizzle with light soy sauce, and sprinkle with garlic.
6.
Heat the oil in the pot and pour it on the garlic.
Tips:
1. The lobster tail itself is cooked and flavorful.
2. The vermicelli must be soaked in advance, and cannot be steamed directly in the pot.
