Long Beans in Cold Dressing
1.
The long beans are pinched by hand to grow short and even small pieces, wash them and set aside
2.
Put the long beans into the water, until they are cooked, they will bite a little bit. Don't be over-cooked. The noodles will not taste good. Place in cold water and use running water to cool and control water for later use.
3.
Pound the garlic with a garlic mortar into garlic paste and set aside
4.
Heat a little oil in a hot pan, add a few peppercorns to make pepper oil, remove the peppercorns
5.
Pour the oil into the beans. Add salt, sugar, mashed garlic, vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, mix well, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and a crisp and refreshing small cold dish is ready.
