Long Li Fish Steak (air Fryer)

Defrost the dragon fish first

After thawing, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

Finely chop garlic, wash and chop celery leaves

Put the crushed garlic and celery leaves in the breadcrumbs, pour 5ml of cooking oil, and stir well. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes

Beat an egg

Coat the marinated longli fish with cornstarch and then with egg liquid

Finally wrap it with breadcrumbs

Then put the dragon fish into the air fryer which has been preheated at 180 degrees
9.
Fry for 8 minutes, turn over and fry for another 7 minutes
10.
Fry for a total of 15 minutes
