The tomato stewed dragon fish, with soft tofu added, is not to mention more delicious.

Ingredients

Long Li Fish Stewed Tofu

1. Long Li fish thawed

2. Cut into pieces.

3. Add a spoonful of black pepper, a spoonful of dried starch, and cooking wine to marinate.

4. Blanch the tomatoes.

5. Remove the skin.

6. Cut into cubes.

7. Boil the marinated longli fish in advance.

8. Dice tofu and set aside.

9. After the wok is heated, pour in the right amount of cooking oil and add the diced tomatoes.

10. Stir continuously with a spatula until the tomatoes come out of water. The heat should not be too high.

11. It feels like fried into tomato sauce.

Tomatoes are easy to peel when blanched with hot water.
