Longan Juice

The first step is to peel the longan bark.

This is the peeled longan. The second step is to rinse with plain water.

The third step is to peel off the longan seeds.

The fourth step is to put in the soymilk machine and add 800ml (800g) of water. Press the "Fruit and Vegetable" button and it will be ready in 3 minutes.

Tips:
The more longan meat, the less boiled water. Because the soymilk machine will not start until the water level mark. So the amount of boiled water is determined by the longan meat.
