Loofah and Egg Fried Rice

Cut the loofah hob into small pieces for later use.

A small bowl of leftover rice is set aside.

Beat the eggs.

Cut some chopped green onions, you can use a little pot, and put the remaining chopped green onions in the back.

Fry the eggs and set aside. Use a small amount of chopped green onion in a pan, add the loofah, salt, soy sauce, and water to fry the loofah, reduce the heat, add the rice, fried eggs, and chopped green onion, stir evenly and then turn the heat to high. Continue to stir-fry for one minute.
