Loofah Burnt Bean Fruit

Rinse the beans with warm water.

Peel the loofah and wash.
3.
Cut the hob block.
4.
Pick and wash the shallots, and chopped green onions.

Peel and chop garlic.
6.
Wipe the pot clean, add a proper amount of oil, and saute the garlic.

Add the processed loofah and stir fry.
8.
Add about 300ml of boiling water.
9.
Put the beans in it.
10.
Cover the lid and simmer until the soup becomes less.

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste, stir well, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
12.
Served with a bowl of rice, a simple meal.
Tips:
Be careful not to simmer the soup dry during the simmering process.
