Loofah Burnt Tofu

Wash the loofah and peel it;

Cut the peeled loofah into hob pieces;

Carrot slices

Cut an appropriate amount of green onion;

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot;

Add chopped green onion and dried shrimp skins, and fry them for a fragrance

Add oily tofu;

Tips:
1. Loofah is refreshing and matched with oily tofu, one oil and one vegetable, so you don't need to add too much cooking oil when cooking;
