Loofah Burnt Tofu
1.
Prepare materials. A piece of tofu, a loofah, garlic, and a plate of Chinese wolfberry.
2.
Cut the tofu into cubes or dice for later use.
3.
Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces. The hob cuts well into dishes and is very tasty. Peel the garlic and pat loosely.
4.
Pour a little oil in the wok, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Pour the loofah and stir fry,
6.
After that, put the tofu in the pot, without turning it, add a little water and cook for a while, because turning it will break the tofu. The loofah itself will produce water, only a little water is needed.
7.
Then season with salt and light soy sauce. The light soy sauce here can be added as you like. The loofah and light soy sauce will change the color slightly, not so good-looking.
8.
Finally, put the wolfberry berries and cook for a while before it can be out of the pot. Do you like this match? Wolfberry has a slightly sweet taste, and many friends use it to stew soup, but stir-fry is relatively rare.
