Loofah Clear Soup

Ingredients: loofah

Wash the loofah, peel and cut into strips.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add loofah sticks and chopped green onion and cook for 2 minutes.
4.
Skim off the foam, add salt and MSG to taste, then turn off the heat.
5.
Serve in a bowl.
