Loofah Fried Dough Sticks

Peel the loofah, big pepper, green onion and garlic, wash and cut, and cut the dough sticks into pieces.

Tips:
As the loofah itself is relatively fragrant, it is already delicious to fry with salt only. Of course, if you don’t like the simple ingredients, you can also add ginger, soy sauce and chicken powder. Play it to your personal taste!
