A very simple home-made bowl of authentic, clear soup and loofah. If you like light vegetarian food, try it!

Loofah in Clear Soup

1. Ingredients: loofah

2. Wash the loofah, peel and cut into strips

3. Boil water in a pot, add loofah sticks and chopped green onion and cook for 2 minutes

4. Season with salt and MSG to turn off the heat

5. Serve in a bowl

Tips:

You can also leave out MSG.
