Loofah Mushroom Tofu Soup

Prepare the required ingredients: 260g loofah, 150g crab mushrooms, 300g soft tofu, 10g shallots

Mince the shallots and the loofah after scraping the skin off and cut into hob pieces for later use

Take the soft tofu out of the box and cut into small pieces for later use

Remove the roots of the crab-flavored mushrooms and clean them; heat a pan on medium heat until the palms are hot, pour 5ml of peanut oil, and stir-fry the crab-flavored mushrooms until the oil is hot (medium heat for 2 minutes)

Take the soup pot and add 1500ml of drinking water, boil on high heat and add tofu cubes (high heat for 5 minutes)

Add fried soft crab mushrooms

Add the loofah cubes and cook until soft (medium heat for 2 minutes)

Pour in 3ml of sesame oil

Add 3g of salt, sprinkle in chopped shallots, stir evenly and then turn off the heat (medium heat for 1 minute)

Tips:
1. The amount of condiment can be adjusted according to personal taste.
2. If you want to drink a thicker soup, you can add a little starch water to make a thick soup.
