Loofah Shrimp Cup

The shrimp head is removed, the shell of the tail is left, a hole is poke in the middle, and the tail passes through the hole.

Add salt and pepper to marinate the shrimp.

Peel the loofah, wash and cut into thick slices, hollow out the middle but don't dig through the bottom.

Put the marinated shrimps into the holes of the zucchini one by one.
5.
Bring water to a boil in the pot and steam on high heat for 8 minutes.
6.
After steaming, add the soy sauce, heat the oil in the pot to saute the garlic, add more oil, and then pour the hot oil on it.
