Loofah Soup
1.
One piece of loofah and one piece of old ginger. I bought half a catty of fish slip from the market. This fish slip has been tuned in flavor and mixed with chopped green onion. It smells very good.
2.
Put two bowls of water in the pot to boil first, and you can process the loofah to save time while cooking.
3.
Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces, and peel the ginger into thin slices.
4.
Add ginger slices and cook for a while after the water is boiled.
5.
Then add the loofah cubes and cook together. Do not cook the loofah for too long, otherwise it will shrink and the taste will be too soft.
6.
After adding the loofah, immediately take a small spoon and add the fish slip to the soup one by one. Take care to dip the spoon in cold water before spooning the fish slip. Doing this for each spoon will not stick to the spoon.
7.
Add a few drops of raw oil and cook for a while.
8.
When the fish slides to the surface, you can add salt and MSG to taste, and the soup is ready.
9.
The color of the soup is very clear, but the taste is very fresh, the fish is smooth and elastic, the loofah is tender and smooth. A simple home-cooked dish.
Tips:
1. Loofah should not be cooked for too long.
2. Dip the spoon in cold water before the fish is slippery, so that the spoon will not stick to it. It is best to use a stainless steel spoon.
