I made egg pancakes in the morning. Today is the child’s first day of school. Seeing that the time is too late, the child hurriedly ate something and went to school. There was half a piece of cake left. I thought that I could not waste the cake if I ate loofah at night. I burned it and ate it. For the first time, it felt pretty good. The cake just absorbed the soup of the loofah.

Loofah Stewed Egg Pancake

1. Ready loofah

2. Wash the loofah and cut into strips

3. Pancake cut into strips

4. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant

5. Add loofah

6. Stir fry with some soy sauce

7. Loofah burned to seven mature

8. Add pancakes

9. Add salt and make it together

10. Season with chicken essence and stir well

Tips:

1. Choose the tender loofah and burn it more deliciously.
