Loofah Stir-fried Pork Slices

1. Cut the loofah into hob pieces.

2. After the meat is sliced, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Sharp cut oblique knife segments.

4. Slice green onion and shred ginger.
