Loofah Stir-fried Shrimp

Wash the shrimp in clean water and set aside.

Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces.
3.
Saute the garlic in hot oil in a pot, then pour in the shrimp and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the prawns turn red and serve.
5.
Pour the loofah into the pot and stir fry.
6.
Wait for the loofah to soften slightly and add some salt.
7.
Add the fried shrimp.
8.
Add a little soy sauce to taste.
9.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
Tips:
The small shrimps can be served when they turn red. They are easy to cook. Finally, put them in the pot and do not fry them for too long, just adjust the taste.
