The loofah season is here, let’s start eating. Vegetarian stir-fry, minced garlic, soup, scrambled eggs, shrimps, eat in different ways. Add some nuts when frying the loofah, and the nutrition instantly improves a lot. Walnuts, almonds, and peanuts are all great. I used badan wood today and I like it very much.

Loofah with Nuts

1. Material drawing.

2. Peel the garlic and place it on the chopping board.

3. Use Papal to chop into minced garlic.

4. Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob.
