The nutritional value of noodles is very high. According to relevant information, among the 9 kinds of food that my country eats daily, the content of five kinds of nutrients such as protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and cellulose ranks first in the noodles. The water-soluble dietary fiber in noodles is 4.2 times that of wheat and 7.7 times that of corn; the calcium content is 2 times, 5.5 times, 2.3 times and 1.5 times that of wheat, rice, millet, and corn, respectively. This noodle with juice is chewy, sweet and sour, especially suitable for summer consumption.
