Lotus Glutinous Rice Chicken

Wash the ribs and chicken, soak for 1 hour, add all the seasonings, mix well, put in the refrigerator overnight, wash the glutinous rice, soak in cold water overnight

On the second day, drain the glutinous rice, pour in the juice of soaked ribs and chicken, equal to the glutinous rice, steam it in a pressure cooker for half an hour

Tips:
The glutinous rice should be steamed in a pressure cooker in advance. It will take a long time to steam the raw rice and pork ribs together, and the rice grains will be hard.
