This is a must for greedy people. The oily tofu and pork belly are sandwiched in the pancake. The flavor is not greasy... It is really delicious and can't stop. I used to make lotus leaf cakes by myself, but now I’m lazy, I always buy some ready-made cakes in the refrigerator. Those who love meat must not miss it...

Lotus Leaf Cake with Oiled Tofu Pork Belly

1. Wash fresh pork belly and cut into large pieces

2. Put water in the pot, add the meat, pepper, star anise, angelica, and salt to cook the meat over medium heat. Don't overcook the meat.

3. Remove the cooked meat and let cool

4. Slice for spare

5. Tofu cut into triangles

6. It's 70% hot before putting oil in the pot

7. Put in tofu and deep-fried

8. Fried tofu. I don't like to eat ready-made oily tofu, and I don't have it as delicious as my own.

9. Green and red peppers and shallots and garlic are replaced with a knife

10. Use a steamer to steam the lotus leaf cake, and make meat when steaming the lotus leaf cake, which happens to be out of the pot together.

11. Put the bottom oil in the pot, fry the chili and shallots.

12. Add the meat slices and stir fry

13. Add oily tofu and stir fry together

14. Add the rest of the seasonings and stir-fry evenly, add 200 grams of water, thicken the soup on high heat, add water to the starch to thicken, and stir evenly with a few drops of sesame oil.

15. Load up, start...
