Ye Tiantian in the lotus pond, Cui Se clarified Yi. In summer, the emerald green lotus leaves give a hint of coolness and comfort. A lotus-flavored pork ribs rice is the most missed taste in summer.

Lotus Pork Ribs Rice

1. Mix the ribs and all the auxiliary ingredients well, and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours to taste and set aside.

2. Wash the rice and soak it in purified water for more than 3 hours.

3. Soak the lotus leaves in light salt water to clean them.

4. The water is drained from the rice, and the ribs are covered with the rice one by one.

5. Put the lotus leaves on the steamed rice noodles, put the ribs covered with rice on the bottom layer, and then pour the remaining rice in.

6. Put it on the bag and use a toothpick to fix it. Steam in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes or directly in the pot and steam for one hour.
