Lotus Root and Peanut Keel in Pot

The keel is blanched and washed for later use, the lotus root is peeled, washed and cut into slices, and the peanuts are removed and washed.

Put all the ingredients in the soup pot.

Add 3/5 of water.

Dry the area around the soup pot and put it in an electric pressure cooker.

Turn on the power to select the [Soup] function, and select [Rich] for the taste; then the electric pressure cooker will automatically start boiling the soup after a few seconds.

The soup program will show the remaining 17 minutes.

When the soup is cooked, wait until the safety eye is completely down before opening the lid of the electric pressure cooker.

Tips:
1. For peanuts, you can use the peanuts that are sold in the market that have been stripped. If they are peanuts that have not been stripped, you can soak them in hot water for 10 minutes, and then rub the peanuts with your hands to remove the peanuts.
2. The keel must be blanched first, so that the soup will be clear.
