Lotus Root and Radish Soup

Wash pig keel.

Lotus root and carrots are set aside.

Pork keel is blanched and put in the pot.

Cut lotus root and carrot with knife.

Put water and salt in the pot together, add sliced ginger and green onion.

Tips:
If you’re too busy today, I’ll use the pressure cooker. If you’re not busy, use a saucepan. Simmer for an hour. The taste is even better.
