Lotus Root Chicken Soup

Dice chicken and lotus root.

Heat oil, sauté fragrant with green onion, ginger, garlic, add chicken and stir fry, add some vinegar or cooking wine to remove the smell.

After the water boils, turn it into an electric pressure cooker (the soup is better if the water is spread over the ingredients) and select the soup function. (Remarks: The induction cooker can be used for 0-15 minutes 2200W, 15-45 1400W, 45-75 1000W, 75-120 minutes with 400W power, if it comes with the soup function, you can also use it directly.
