I made bacon some time ago and bought a pig's head. The pig scalp is peeled off and marinated, and the remaining pig skulls should not be wasted. The soup with lotus root, white radish, cabbage, etc. is paired with pig skull soup. The taste is quite good and the nutrition is not bad.

Lotus Root Pig Skull Soup

1. Prepare raw materials: pig skull, lotus root, ginger, pepper.

2. Wash the pig's skull, soak it in clean water for a while, and then clean it with running water.

3. Wash the lotus root and scrape off the skin of the lotus root.

4. After cutting into a hob shape, wash off the black part of the lotus root.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot.

6. Put in the pig skull, old ginger, and Chinese pepper, cover and boil on high heat. Turn to low heat and boil for another hour.

7. Put in the lotus root and continue to boil.

8. After the lotus root and pig skull are cooked, add some salt.

9. Turn off the heat, take it out, tear off the meat from the pig's skull, put it in a bowl along with the lotus root and soup, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

Add salt after the soup is simmered so that it will be nutritious.
