Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

The small ribs bought home from the vegetable market were soaked in water without much thought. The purpose is to soak the bleeding water and wash away the debris and impurities.

Other ingredients: lotus root, wolfberry, and shallots

Pour the ribs in a pot of cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine, and boil a few slices of ginger

Take out a small row, rinse and take a photo with the sliced lotus root

Put lotus root, small ribs and water in the rice cooker to submerge the ingredients

Add another spoonful of cooking wine and some salt

Cover, choose to boil the soup for an hour
8.
When there are 2 minutes left, taste it and add a teaspoon of salt

Add medlar, time is up, sprinkle with chopped green onions in a bowl
Tips:
1. After blanching the small row of water, the soup produced is more refreshing.
2. It is best to add enough water at one time.
