Autumn is here, and it's the season to eat lotus root. The lotus root stewed pork ribs soup couldn't be better. Paired with white radish kelp to warm the stomach with delicious nutrition

Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

1. Cut the pork ribs with cooking wine and drink clear water soaked in bleeding water.

2. Prepare all the side dishes

3. Pouring ribs in a hot pot under cold water

4. After the water has boiled, pour in all the side dishes and then bring the water to a boil again and turn to a low heat to simmer. Add a small amount of table salt

5. Start the pot, sprinkle a little chopped green onion, and a delicious stew is ready.

6. According to personal taste, make a dipping dish with seasoning. I use soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, and pepper oil.
