Lotus Root Salad

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the garlic and chop finely, wash and dice the okra and chili separately

Peel the lotus root, wash, cut into cubes, boil appropriate amount of water in a pot, add 3 grams of salt, boil, pour in the lotus root and blanch until cooked

Pour a little apple cider vinegar before picking it up to prevent the lotus roots from turning black

Pick it up, rinse with cold boiled water, and drain

Heat the pan, pour olive oil, add garlic and saute

Add chili, okra, soy sauce, turn off the heat, add apple cider vinegar and mix well

Spoon on top of lotus root and mix well.
Tips:
Pour in apple cider vinegar when blanching lotus roots to prevent blackening.
