Lotus Root Tongue Soup

Soak the bought tube bones for half an hour and clean them.

Then boil half a pot of water, put the tube bones in a pot of boiling water and boil for 1 to 2 minutes. When a large amount of blood comes out, pour out the sewage and clean the tube bones.

Replace with clean cold water.

After boiling, use a slotted spoon to skim off the foam.

Cut the lotus root into large pieces.

Tips:
1. No matter what kind of meat soup is boiled, it must be blanched, then rinsed, replaced with new water, boiled to remove the foam, then add green onions and ginger, boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer.
2. Be sure not to add salt to the original soup, add salt to taste when you eat it.
