Lotus Seed, Wheat and Black Rice Porridge

1. Ingredients: 60 grams of black rice, 30 grams of lotus seeds, 60 grams of wheat kernels, appropriate amount of water, and a little raisins

Tips:

If you like sweet porridge, you can simmer raisins or other dried fruits with rice.
You don't need to rub it hard when panning, just wash away the floating dust.
Black rice will fade, which is normal.
