Lotus Seed, Wheat and Black Rice Porridge

Ingredients: 60 grams of black rice, 30 grams of lotus seeds, 60 grams of wheat kernels, appropriate amount of water, and a little raisins

Wash the three materials separately, pour them into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of water, and put them in an electric stew pot. Take the high temperature and simmer in water for 2-3 hours. The rice porridge becomes rotten. Put a bowl and place a few raisins to garnish.
Tips:
If you like sweet porridge, you can simmer raisins or other dried fruits with rice.
You don't need to rub it hard when panning, just wash away the floating dust.
Black rice will fade, which is normal.
